1. Where is my Order?
You can track your order by using the track order status under “My Account” section or by calling our customer executive at 1800-425-1969
2. Can I Cancel my Order?
Orders once placed can be cancelled within 48 hours by reaching out to our customer care. For orders cancelled within 48 hours, we will refund the full amount back into your account. Once the product has been shipped, we will not accept cancellations. Once the products are used, we cannot offer a refund as the products cannot be resold to customers. 3. I have received the wrong product. How do I exchange it?
Please share 2-3 pictures of the product received along with the invoice copy to support@aramusk.com. We will initiate for a replacement product after verification.
Payment Related
1. My Payment was deducted, but order was not placed.
If the payment was deducted from your account, and order was not placed, please write to us at support@aramusk.com with your payment/transaction ID or call our customer executive on 1800-425-1969. We will check at our end and get back.
2. Which Modes of Payments are accepted?
We accept all domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa & Mastercard Network, Visa Debit cards, Net banking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India. A full list of payment options is available at the time of checkout.
3. Is my Order applicable for COD?
We accept COD for above 12000 pin codes. Please enter your pin code at the time of checkout to verify if your order is eligible for COD. A nominal charge of Rs 40 per order will be applicable for COD option
Product Related
1. What is 5-in-1 Complex?
At Aramusk, we believe that men’s bodies are physically different than women. A regular family soap might not be effective to fulfil the skincare needs for men. We came up with a special formulation with special ingredients to provide moisturised skin, nourishment, effective cleansing, fragrance and long-lasting fresh feel for men’s skin. This unique formulation is what we call “5-in-1 Complex”
2. The product I am looking for is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
Please notify to us of any stock out issue through email/call. We will try to make the product available at the earliest.
3. I received a damaged/expired product
In case of damage to the external box/package in which the product is delivered, no return can be availed. However, if the product is damaged or expired, please notify to us within 24 hours of the delivery on 1800-425-1969 and drop a mail of the damaged products at support@aramusk.com . We will arrange for a replacement of the products at the earliest.
4. Can women use Aramusk products?
Yes, Aramusk products are perfectly safe to be used by women. However, the formulation is designed keeping in mind the physical built of men, hence, some of the features might feel intense on women’s skin.
5. Why can’t I find Aramusk Classic Soap/ Classic DEOs anywhere?
We have temporarily stopped production of the Classic Soap & DEO variants. We are working on the improvement of the formulation, and we will soon make the classic variants available. Please bear with us for time being.
